Ordering

Online ordering: Use the online shopping cart to make purchases 24/7. You can pay with m/c, visa, discover, american express, paypal, or e-check. The online transactions are handled through PayPal so we never see your credit card information. You do not have to have a paypal account to purchase online.

The shipping charges for online purchases is set for shipping to the continental 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii may need additional charges to cover shipping costs.

Multiple item orders may have excessive shipping charges from the online calculation in some cases. We will issue a partial refund for excessive shipping charges through the PayPal payment system.

Fax ordering: Toll free at 1-800-748-9446 24/7.

Send your order by email or fax along with your daytime and/or nighttime phone# and we will call you with your total and collect your credit card info. (recommended)

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. When using your credit card , please provide the billing address of the credit card as your shipping address. If need be, you can call your credit card company and ask them to list your preferred shipping address as an alternate address on your account. They are very willing to offer this service to you as it simplifies card verification.

Have your credit card security code available when you call. This allows further verification of your card and helps to expedite your order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax collected on all retail sales to Mississippi residents only.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Most orders received by 12:30 pm cst. are shipped same day.

We ship most orders UPS ground and you will receive your order in 2-5 business days. We must have a physical address for UPS shipments. Some small items such as batteries may ship by 1st class mail (USPS) and delivery time is usually 4-10 days or by priority mail which has a 2-3 day delivery.

Online shipping charges: Any shipping charge for an online shopping cart transaction less than $6.50 would indicate shipping to be by US 1st class mail. An online shipping charge of $6.50 will ship either priority mail or UPS ground at our discretion. Shipping charges over $6.50 will ship via UPS ground. To find out the shipping charge for online purchases proceed with the shopping cart transaction as though you were making the purchase. You will get the shipping charge before you make any commitment to buy.

Expedited Shipping

If you need expedited shipping, you must order by phone. 1-800-748-9442. UPS second day and next day delivery is available.

Shipping and handling charges

Shipping charges are calculated on a per order basis. Weight, value, and your zip code are the factors used to calculate this charge. Please call, fax, or email your zip code, stock numbers, and quantities if you would like to know the shipping charge for an order.

Some items have specific shipping charges posted on the web page.

Canada: Additional postage is needed for orders shipped to all addresses in Canada. This will be calculated for each order.

Best Price

On new tools and equipment priced $100.00 and over we will make every effort to be competative. If you find a product of same make and model advertised at a cheaper price, please send an email to customerservice@renterprises.net with merchant name, product name, stock #, web address, and shipping cost. We will do our best to match or beat all competition. R Enterprises wants you as our customer.
