Returning Merchandise
We will not accept returns billed to R Enterprises or sent
back COD.
If an package arrives to you with apparent shipping damage, please refuse delivery. If you have already
accepted delivery and discover shipping damage you must file a claim with the carrier immediately. Contact us at customerservice@renterprises.net and save all packaging material and paperwork. Returns must have prior approval of R Enterprises to receive credit.
You have 10 days from date of delivery to return merchandise with the following exception.
Microscopes, refractometers, and polariscopes have 5 days from date of delivery
for you to call for return authorization. You must ship within 2 business days once you receive return authorization. A 10%
restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if item is returned in the same condition as shipped to you and all return
guidelines were followed. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if otherwise. No exceptions.
We suggest you inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival. If you do need to return any item call 1-800-748-9442
for a return authorization and instructions.
All claims and returned goods must be accompanied with original invoice or a copy and be shipped in a shipping
box with sufficent packing. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges unless an error was
made by R Enterprises or an item is defective. Credit will not be given until we receive returned items. Credit is issued
through the same transaction process as the payment received. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the amount of credit
given if return guidelines are not followed.
Equipment and tool warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
APO and FPO Addresses
We will ship SAM (space available mail) to APO and FPO addresses
at no additional charge.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. R Enterprises
reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion in the event of typographical errors.
Back Orders
We will backorder new tools and equipment unless you specify that
you do not want the item back ordered. We will also back order a particular battery if ordered in a quantity over $10.00 otherwise
it will be listed as "temporily out of stock. Please reorder at a later date."
You are only charged the shipping fee once for any one order. You will not be charged shipping on the
back order.
