Wholesale (Trade shop) Repair Service
As a trade shop I repair watches including Rolex, Tag Heuer, and Patek Phillippe. I use
only genuine parts that I purchase through my account with these watch manufacturers. Please note that I do not
resell Rolex parts so please do not ask. While I did receive Rolex training in 1984, I am an indepentant repair shop and not
affiliated with Rolex U.S.A.

Retail Watch Repair
At the present time I offer my repair service to the retail customer on Tag Heuer,
Rolex, Patek Phillipe and Mallard watches only. Work is warranted for 1 year.
If you would like to send your watch for repair, please send it registered mail
with appropriate insurance to:

Important note: Registered mail is much more secure shipping than insured mail.
Anything valued over $500.00 will be cheaper to ship registered than to ship just as insured mail. Tell the postal clerk "Registered
with insurance".
Our physical address is on the bottom of this page but please send registered packages to the
P.O. Box listed above. Also you must include a check or money order for $15.00 (non-refundable) to cover the return postage, handling and
insurance.
Please include all contact info with your watch plus the nature of the problem and the work
you want done. Once we receive your watch we will contact you with an estimate. Upon your approval of the estimate we will
approve your credit card information but will not charge to your account until the watch is ready for shipment.
If you prefer you can contact us by email to get a rough estimate on your repair.
Please give all info to describe your watch as well as info on what repairs might be needed. This way we can possibly eliminate
unnecessary shipping expenditures on watches that can't or won't be repaired.
